This company adheres to the UK General Data Protection Regulations and the Data Protection Act 2018.We collect and process the personal data of our clients and contact details of third parties.In the case of our clients personal identification information and contact details will be provided to us with their consent,either through our website or directly .Financial data maybe collected and processed by us to enable payment for our services but will not be stored by the company.The purpose of collecting this data is so that we can communicate with clients to meet our contractual obligations.The lawful basis we have to collect and process this data is consent and our contractual obligation to the client.A client can remove their consent at any time by contacting Harry Sleuth at sleuth@secureintelligence.co.uk.or 07549 370112.The personal data of our clients will not be shared it will be collected for a period of 12 months after our contract with the client has ended,then it will be deleted electronically.

In the case of third parties only contact data is collected from the public domain and is shared with our clients to enable us to provide our service to the client,the client will have the option to contact third parties or not as the case maybe.The contact data of third parties is collected for as long as we are in business and then it will be deleted electronically.The lawful basis to collect this data is so that we may meet our contractual obligations to the client.

It may be that during the course of business we will process personal identification information of data subjects of which serious allegations are made,we do not intend to collect and store data of this nature as it would impose a legal obligation on us to share this data with law enforcement.We will assess the quality and nature of this information immediately and take it into account when we advise our clients, we will not just ignore it.This is necessary to enable our clients to communicate with us in complete confidence.All clients are advised of the benefits and option to contact law enforcement should they wish to do so, if they have not already done so,some clients may not want to,they could be vunerable,we must respect our clients choice,we do not provide investigation services and are less concerned with who did it and more focused on what happened and how it happened.

We may collect and process client information regarding specific technicalities and the extent of financial loss and disruption to their business,we consider this high risk data.We will reduce this risk by undertaking Data Processing Impact Assessments and processing only what is necessary employing a policy of data minimisation.This is done to protect our clients and the purpose is to meet our contractual obligations to our clients.The lawful basis is consent and contractual obligation.This data will be deleted electronically 12 months after the end of the contact.Consent maybe withdrawn at any time by contacting the data control officer Harry Sleuth.

All our personnel are trained in cyber security and follow our company privacy policy.We conduct regular security audits and provide ongoing training to keep up to date with developments in cyber security.It is important that our clients can communicate with us in confidence knowing their personal data is secure.

Data protection rights.

Under data protection law you have the following rights:

Access: You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Rectification: You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate.You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Erasure: You have the right to ask us to erase personal information in certain circumstances.

Restriction: You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Objection: You have the right to object to us processing your personal information in certain circumstances.

Data Portability: You have the right to ask ask to transfer your personal information to another organization or to yourself in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charges in  excercising your rights ,we have one month to respond to you
